The Kenyan based Singer/Songwriter, Actress, Model and Entrepreneur Amelia Nyiva is back to bless our airwaves with her brand new debut gospel single dubbed ‘FOR YOU’.
Amelia started her musical journey in 2018 when she recorded and released her first single Payback. She then went on to join the Red Fourth Chorus for vocal training classes, after which she released three more singles under her recording studio Candy Sounds. Amelia has recently rebranded to Gospel and Conscious music, with FOR YOU being her first gospel release under a Music Artist Incubator Program, facilitated by the Africa Digital Media Institute and sponsored by GIZ.
Apart from music, Amelia has achieved career milestones in Modeling, Acting and Entrepreneurship such as being awarded the Miss High School Kenya crown in 2010. She has modelled for various brands such as Airtel, Femiplan and Afriwear, amidst creating employment opportunities for models in the field.
Amelia has also graced the Kenyan Acting Scene with appearances on TV programmes such as Auntie Boss and Njoro Wa Uba and the musical theatre production Subira A New Musical. Amelia boasts her Entrepreneurial skills with several business ventures under her name, with core values such as Female Empowerment and Environmental Conservation.
